I love these jeans so much that I purchased two pairs! They fit me perfectly and the short is just right for me. I'm 5' 3. I don't think I'll be wearing them much past Summer though. I've washed them a few times and I don't feel like they are shrinking too much. They are a bit higher than most mid rise but not too much. I don't like high rise so if it was too much I would put it in this review. I highly recommend them.
