I would love to give a product review, but I can't because the package never arrived.
I placed the order on July 2nd to ensure it would arrive in time for a trip. The estimated delivery date was July 7th, but the package never came. The tracking information was never updated—it just kept saying it would arrive the next day by 7 PM. Then 7 PM would pass, and it would update to the following day, repeating the cycle.
I tried contacting UPS, but they told me to reach out to GAP. I contacted GAP via chat; the representative submitted a claim and said the appropriate team would contact me. However, no one ever followed up. Instead, they canceled my order without explanation.
I had to call back to reorder the item at the original price, as the price had increased since my first order. Now, the new estimated delivery date is July 22nd. No one has been able to tell me where the original package is, why it was delayed, or provide any meaningful information.
