This runs HUGE. My boys 8 and 6, though are smaller I had to size down a whole size for both of them. Honestly, my 8 year old who usually wears a 7 fit in the xs I bought for his younger brother. I just wanted them to match for photos. It's a nice shirt and it's cool. They didn't complain about it being hot so win in my book.
