I was looking for a new sports bra that had a hook closure to better adjust the size while losing weight. So, I bought this one. It has never disappointed me. I love the fit, the feel, and the quality. I love that the straps can convert from crossback to uncrossed, if desired.

Connection where strap meets the bra at the back broke about a month and a half after purchase. I called to see if I could return, but it was outside of the 30 day return policy.

I like that I can snap and unsnap in the back, but agree with other reviewers that the crossbody needs to be switched to regular fit for comfort. Fabric is stiff, but good support. This is the ONLY GapFit bra that actually has built-in cups/support.

There was a great bra at Old Navy that apparently has been discontinued, the medium powersoft. Had many of the same features as this one-- adjustable straps, built in cups, no uniboob. This one is a tad more supportive and has better elastic. I do wish the strap adjustment was near the top of the shoulder like the Old Navy one because you could adjust that while wearing it. These adjust in the back so you have to take it on and off. Otherwise, this is a great substitute for the discontinued bra that I have loved. I need to replace all those old ones so I bought three of these, but that's about all I need in black. Please make more colors and keep 'em coming! (And consider moving the adjust to the top of the shoulder)

This is not a high-impact bra, especially for those of a bigger bust. There's no real support in terms of the structure or padding of the bra. I returned it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
