I love the material and fit of this dress but unfortunately it's too short. I am 5'10" so I ordered the small tall but if I bend over it's a no go. Hopefully Gap brings this back in longer length and more delicate pockets so they don't add bulk to the dress.
The fabric is soft but heavy for a summer dress. The pink fabric looks like the photos. It's cute but fits big. I'm 4'10,100 lbs, I purchased petite xsmall and I was lost in it. It looked like I was wearing a tent with buttons.

I loved the idea of a pink denim dress but this one misses the mark on so many levels. First, sizing. I usually wear an XL or XXL and ordered this in XL. It was so big that I probably could have sized down two sizes. Second, proportions. All of the design elements (pockets & buttons) are jammed up in the top of the chest. That leaves an expensive lower section with no shape or visual interest. I'm retuning it and won't try a smaller size. One the upside, denim is a substantial weight and quality is good. Color is really pretty.
